•SATURDAY, SEPT. 13TH, 6:30am: at the start/finish area-follow the signs and volunteers!
WALKERS WELCOME!
Our race course is open for four hours. Walkers are very welcome. If you anticipate taking longer than 4 hours, please consider a shorter distance or choose our early walk start (7am). The early walk start is for half marathoners ONLY who expect to go no faster than 15:00 min. miles (4 mph). The early walk start is untimed and racers will follow all rules of the road until the 8:00am racers catch up. When on the paths of Fanno Creek Trail, please make sure to stay two-abreast and stay to the RIGHT at all times .
COURSE INFORMATION:
All events start and finish on SW Gemini and SW Nimbus Ave. The Half Marathon and 10K share the first 6.21 miles. The 5K only crosses Hall Blvd. The 5K has a turn-around on Fanno creek and is an out-and-back course. Upon their return to the Start/Finish line, the half marathoners high-five their fans and head out for a second loop.
CHANGING DISTANCES:
It’s Easy! Go to your active.com account and change it yourself or email if you are changing race distances. It is important to change distances before the race. Please DO NOT change distances during the race.
PARKING: Parking is free. We always recommend carpooling. Parking is located in the surrounding business park. Please NO PARKING AT PORTLAND RUNNING CO. When you arrive you will be directed to parking by our amazing volunteer crew.

GEAR CHECK: Starts at 6:45 am near the start/finish line on SW Gemini just north of PRC.
TIMING/RESULTS: all results will be updated in real time on this site. If you registered using a cell phone number, you will receive text alerts when you finish the race.
AWARDS: Ribbons will be awarded 3-deep in age groups from 14 & under through 80 & Over. We will announce overall winners at the finish line party starting at 9:15am (5K).
Strollers and Doggies: are not allowed on the BHM Race Course. We want everyone to enjoy this event and there are some pretty narrow sections of the trail and bike path that are only wide enough to accomodate individual racers.

BHM 2025 Course Updates:
Due to multiple construction projects in and around our original race route, we overhauled our race course! This is an exciting change that eliminates many of the congested road crossings and that utilizes more of Beaverton’s gem-Fanno Creek Path. The event starts at 8am. With the exception of SW Creekside, SW Stratus, SW Gemini and SW Nimbus Ave, most roads will be fully re-opened by 10:00am.
