Presenting the 1st Annual Rose Festival Street Mile

The Rose Festival Street Mile & Family Fun Run, produced in partnership with Runwithpaula Events, is a brand-new addition to the Rose Festival lineup, designed to bring energy and activity to the parade route ahead of the Fred Meyer Junior Parade. The morning will begin with a Family Fun Run, welcoming runners of all ages and abilities to take part in a fun, inclusive experience along the parade route (12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult). Following the community run, elite and competitive runners will race in timed heats, turning the street mile into a fast-paced showcase of athleticism set against the backdrop of one of Portland’s most iconic Rose Festival events. Together, the Rose Festival Street Mile and Fred Meyer Junior Parade create a dynamic celebration of youth, movement, and community spirit.
