Introducing the All New Tualatin River Run!

When Spring has Sprung and your legs and lungs are begging you to hit the trails and roads, there’s nothing better to get you motivated than an awesome and fun 5K event . The Tualatin River Run 5K, presented by Run With Paula Events,  is sure to provide plenty of motivation, competition, scenery, and that signature Run With Paula organization. Tired of the same old downtown routes? This all new 5K uses the best portions of the Tualatin River Greenway Path between the Tualatin Public Library and Browns Ferry Park. It’s flat. It’s fast. It’s scenic! It’s a 5K designed just for you.

WHERE: Start at Nyberg Woods Shopping Center-Tualatin River Greenway Path

ENTRY FEE: Individual 5K races is $49 (through February 1st)

WALKERS WELCOME! We strive to create events that are suited to all paces and all abilities.

PACKET PICK UP/CHECK IN: You have 2 opportunities to pick up your race packet:

  • Portland Running Co. (Beaverton): Friday, March 29th, 2024; 10:00am-4:00pm
  • Day Of Event at Nyberg Woods Center; 7:30am-8:45am
PARKING: Follow directions from our parking team. Parking is available in Nyberg Woods Shopping Center. Please park FIRST and then come to RACE HQ if you have any questions.

GEAR CHECK: YES! The Spring forecast is looking really favorable for a great 5K but it may still be chilly. Wear warm clothes, bring a bag, and check your gear at the Gear Check Tent before the race starts.

RESULTS: all races will be chip timed. If you want to receive your results via text, make sure that your registration information contains a mobile phone number. You may add your phone number through your Active.com login. Live results will post throughout the event.

AWARDS: 9:50am

Age Group Winners: Age Groups start with 14 & Under and are in 5 year increments (15-19, 20-24, etc). First place in each age group wins a shiny blue ribbon and a $10 PRC Gift Card. 2nd and 3rd place also receive beautiful ribbons. Age group awards will be available to pick up at the awards table and we will do an abbreviated ceremony to announce the top finishers.

POST RACE: stay tuned for post-race details including music, food, goodies and raffle prizes! 
NOTE: our race route contains out-and-back portions and will be narrow in places. For the enjoyment and safety of everyone, thank you for leaving your four-legged friends at home.
STROLLERS: this is a family event and strollers are welcome. We request that you to start at the back of the event, stay to the right at all times,  and be aware of on-coming racers, especially close to the boardwalks and bridges.

Registration

All races start at 9am. Follow the registration link. Registration fee is $49. Registration includes a Tualatin River Run 5K spring fresh technical tee.

Race Packets -RACE SHIRTS ARE SOLD OUT

In person packet pick up begins on March 29th at 10am at Portland Running Company in Beaverton. Packets include your chip timed race bib and a discount to Portland Running Company!

REFUND POLICY:  RWP Events does not offer refunds for any reason. Please consider purchasing registration insurance when you sign up if you think you might not make the event.
