Dive into the thrill of the Portland Rose Festival Starlight Run, where you’ll sprint through 3.1 exhilarating miles on the same route as the iconic CareOregon Starlight Parade! Portland’s most popular fun run, the Starlight Run, is the wacky warm-up act for the CareOregon Starlight Parade starting and finishing on Naito Parkway at Portland Rose Festival CityFair!
